The reception opened 24 hours can receive guests in your apartment after presentation of identity card or other personal identification document paper.
There are single bedroom, double bedroom, with 1 or 2 bathrooms at different prices (check or ask by email the layout of the apartment )
Each guest has his own key of the apartment. Each person can have his own guest in the apartment to sleep if there is bed place free.
The Laundromat functions once a week.
The reservation is only monthly, but you can arrive at any time (during the month, not necessarly at the beginning).
In the monthly price are included all the monthly charges/ vat/ taxes on waste/ Television taxes/real time maintenance of the apartment/ cleaning of all the apartment/ change of linen and towels / Bicycle private indoor parking.
The consumption of electricity, water and gas are directly controlled from the apartment and they must be paied within 5 days from the beginning of new month (amounted to approximately euro 25/30 per person in bedroom for 2 persons per month during winter period in normal condition of use, and euro 10/15 during spring summer in bedroom with 2 beds. For single use the amount will be double rate).
The deposit for guarantee for monthly reservation is euro 300,00 per person and it will be returned at the end of the period.
You don’t have any charge for brokerage because the reservation is made directly with Residence.
You don’t pay any monthly in advance except the current month you made the reservation for. You pay time per time at the beginning of the month.
Please check in the left box the total expenses for rental: clear expenses with no surprises!
Be carefully: cause these apartments are in concessionary fare in the moment of check in you will provide:
- Verona University enrollement to current Academic Year or alternatively the authorisation to admission to Erasmus project for the current Academic Year issued from University of origin
- Complete payment of first month or week
- Complete payment of deposit for guarantee.
If you don’t provide only one of these papers the check in will be not allowed and you will loose the money of the reservation without refund.
The reservation on internet by credit card will grant you the place in the apartment 100% .
The apartments are for girls or for men. If you decide to stay togheter with other persons, please indicate in your form the names of the persons you want share the apartment (please note that single room is only one in the apartment).
